We want you to be confident in your purchase of AWHFY Publishing legal references.

Return window

Print titles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Condition

Returned books must be in original, resalable condition — unmarked, unhighlighted, and undamaged. Because our references are working legal tools, books showing writing, tabbing, or spine wear cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in return transit.

How to start a return

Email info@awhfy.com with your order number and the title(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital products (E-Combo, E-Annotated, E-Fed)

Because digital editions are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a delivery or file problem, contact info@awhfy.com and we will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong title, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost to you.
